FRP custom madeBrave ideas

Special design is no longer conceivable today without fiberglass FRP. Be it special construction or exhibition objects or trade fair construction everywhere we using fiberglass reinforced plastic. GRP properties in combination with Styrofoam, MDF and/or hard foam allow almost any custom-made order. Also in the architecture of cornice and façade construction fiberglass GRP is used for the 3d-shaped formwork construction.

Our Know-HowWe know how to do it

Requirements for the end product such as technical properties, durability, chemical and UV resistance, shape and surface quality determine the manufacturing process and the materials to be used. Depending on the product, we combine the typical hand laminate process of fiber composite materials with fiber-spray processes, vacuum film processes and RTM processes.

For some “special products” we use a vinylester resin and/or epoxy resin to achieve higher technical properties. To reinforce standard fiberglass is taken, but also carbon fiber, glass / carbon fabric, carbon, etc.
